STTOKE cups are made from high-quality 304 food-grade stainless steel. They are BPA-free, offering a healthier and safer alternative to single-use paper cups. The interior is lined with German-engineered Greblon® Ceramic, giving you a premium drinking experience—so your beverage tastes just as it should.
CAUTION: The exterior of the cup is not designed for rough usage. DO NOT place it in your bag, as constant heavy friction may cause the coating to scratch off. Please use the product with care. Scratches caused by wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Yes! The 7oz (8.55 cm) and 8oz (11 cm) cups fit into standard commercial and domestic coffee machines.
Not at all. The double-wall vacuum insulation ensures heat stays inside. There is a vacuum layer between the inner and outer cup, which not only retains heat for hours but also keeps the exterior cool and free from condensation.

Yes, and you can adjust it to your liking. You can:
- Keep the valve for more control and leak resistance.
- Remove the valve (located inside the straw) for an easier flow — still leakproof with the straw tip in place.
No, the mouth opening is larger, so the standard leakproof lid is not compatible.
Kerrie STTRAP
Our Kerrie STTRAP is made from premium PU leather that doesn't peel or crack. Each STTRAP includes 3 parts: the cup sleeve, a handle strap with hooks, and an adjustable extension strap.
- The handle strap measures 40 cm and is perfect for hand, wrist, or elbow carry.
- The extension strap is 96 cm—ideal for shoulder or crossbody use. It’s adjustable to suit different heights and body sizes. Just be gentle when adjusting the fit.
- The cup sleeve includes a durable premium elastic band made of polyester and rubber with a heavy knit that won’t narrow when stretched.
The Polly Woven STTRAP features an adjustable crossbody strap (length 81–137 cm).
The Kerrie STTRAP fits 12oz and 16oz cups best. Yes, you can use it with the 8oz (Omni cup), although we recommend it more for 12oz and 16oz cups.

Hydrate+ is a high-performance accessory set for those always on the move. It includes:
- An extension base
- Two caps: sports cap and hydration cap

How to assemble Hydrate+:
- Use a 12oz or 16oz leakproof cup
- Remove the original lid and screw in the extension base
- Choose between the sports cap (with straw) or hydration cap (no straw needed)

Special Editions
The Ocean Glow Series comes in 12oz and 16oz sizes with an ocean-inspired ombré finish. These leakproof cups feature our signature Liteglow—a glow-in-the-dark effect inspired by bioluminescent algae.
The glow is made from textured phosphorescent lines that absorb energy from visible or UV light and emit it in the dark.
After exposure to strong sunlight or UV, the cup glows for up to 5 minutes—just like glow-in-the-dark Rolex watches!

Handwash Guidelines:
Handwashing is recommended for all STTOKE products to prolong their lifespan.
- Wash and rinse the cup thoroughly before first use and after each use using a soft sponge.
- Rinse the lid immediately after use with warm water.
- Handwash the cup body with warm, soapy water.
- Always air-dry or towel-dry completely.
Important: STTOKE cups are not dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise. Putting them in the dishwasher can cause paint chipping and damage the vacuum seal.

Only the following items are safe for dishwasher use:

To clean the leakproof lid, you can follow the same method as cleaning the cups — handwash gently with warm, soapy water.
Please do not detach the black flip/tab on the lid, as it is designed to stay intact. For the drinking area around the edge, we recommend using a small, soft-bristled brush to reach and clean those narrow spots without damaging the parts.
STORAGE TIP: Always store your STTOKE with the lid removed to allow all parts to dry fully. This keeps your cup fresh and odour-free.
For the best experience, we recommend using a wooden spoon. Avoid metal spoons or sharp utensils, as they may scratch the interior coating—damage not covered under warranty.
No.
- Microwave: Never put your STTOKE in the microwave. It’s made of stainless steel and will damage both the cup and your microwave.
- Refrigerator/Freezer: Avoid putting your cup in these as well—it can damage the vacuum seal and the cup itself.
The premium matte anodizing or coating on STTOKE cups provides a refined, luxurious finish. However, due to the porous nature of this finish, it is more prone to scratches if not handled with care.
To prevent damage, avoid placing your cup in bags or exposing it to heavy friction. This is especially important for our spill-proof versions.
Vegan Leather Sttrap & Extension Sttrap:
- Do not handwash or machine wash
- For regular cleaning, gently wipe with a damp cloth
- For spills, blot immediately with a dry cloth
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
Polyester Woven Sttrap:
- Do not machine wash
- Wash with gentle detergent and warm water
- Scrub gently using a soft, damp cloth or sponge
- Air dry to maintain durability
Twilly Scarf:
- Machine wash in a laundry bag using cold water
- Wash with similar colours to avoid bleeding
- Air dry and store flat to maintain shape
- If ironing is needed, place a cloth between the iron and the scarf, and use low heat

STTOKE cups are lined with German-engineered Greblon® Ceramic, which is odourless and stain-resistant. However, frequent use with coffee or tea may result in some discolouration or lingering odours.
To clean naturally:
- Fill the cup with baking soda and lemon juice, or household vinegar, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
If odour or stains persist, please get in touch with us.
Note: Avoid using hard sponges, metal spoons, or sharp utensils, as they can scratch the coating. Damage caused by improper cleaning is not covered under warranty.
We work closely with our global partners to support all STTOKE customers. If you purchased your cup from a retailer or reseller, please contact them directly for any warranty claims. This is often the quickest way to get assistance.
Be sure to retain your proof of purchase (a soft copy works best) to be eligible for a warranty claim.
All items are carefully inspected before shipment. If you’ve received a product with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement (proof of purchase is required).

It is completely normal for tracking updates to pause during transit, especially when the parcel is en route to the destination country.

- Changes or cancellations after 6 hours cannot be made as the order is likely being processed.
- We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, so once it’s on the way, we can’t cancel or reroute it.
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund minus a 3.5% payment processing fee.

Valid reasons for a claim include:
- Insulation issues (not maintaining hot/cold as described)
